Overview
The Class B field should be very competitive. Greely lost some key players, including pitcher Sarah Bennis, but it still has a solid group and a fine young pitcher. Cape Elizabeth and Falmouth return formidable teams and could challenge. Gray-New Gloucester and Gorham have an abundance of returning talent and should be in the running for the top spots in the Western B field. Scarborough should be a Class A contender. In Class C, St. Dom’s is the crme of the crop. The Saints pounded most WMC teams last year and could do the same this year. Sacopee Valley was the one conference team to push the Saints. The Hawks lost their pitcher but should have a sound group that should make for a threat in Western C.
