Auburn

• Vehicles driven by John Jewell, 30, of Saco, and Rosemary Townsend, 60, of Cape Elizabeth, collided at 1:12 p.m. Wednesday on Washington Street northbound. Damage to the 1999 Freightliner, driven by Jewell and owned by Ryder Truck Rental, was estimated at $5,000; to Townsend’s 1999 Volvo, $15,000.

• A vehicle driven by Adam Ferriera, 45, of Roxbury, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Laura Atkinson, 29, of Buckfield, while Atkinson was stopped in traffic at 12:40 p.m. Wednesday on Center Street. Damage to the 1991 Freightliner, driven by Ferriera and owned by A.J. DeCoster, was estimated at $200; to Atkinson’s 1987 Buick, $2,500.

• A vehicle driven by Allegra McLean, 74, of Rumford, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Leroy F. Buckley, 46, of Lewiston, while Buckley was stopped in traffic at 1:46 p.m. Tuesday at Turner and Hampshire streets. The impact of the crash forced Buckley’s vehicle into the back of another, driven by Stephen R. Roop, 20, of Lewiston, who was also stopped in traffic. Damage to McLean’s 1994 Buick was estimated at $4,000; to Buckley’s 1991 Chevrolet, $3,000 and to Roop’s 1999 Land Rover, $500.
