AUBURN – Northeast Bank has formed a new Customer Care Division, which will handle all incoming toll-free calls to the bank.The group will also be making calls to inform current and potential customers of new products, specials and events at the bank.

To form the division, Northeast hired several experienced, new employees and promoted one internally, including:

Trish Whitlock of Auburn, who has joined the bank as a member of the Customer Care team. She formerly worked for the BankNorth Group. She also also brings e-banking experience to the team.

Deb Benning of Lewiston also has the bank as a member of the Customer Care team. She has 3 years of call-center experience and specializes in customer service.

Northeast Bank, headquartered in Auburn, has branches in Augusta, Bethel, Brunswick, Buckfield, Harrison, Lewiston, Lisbon Falls, Mechanic Falls, South Paris, Portland and Richmond, and provides comprehensive financial services.
