FARMINGTON – The SAD 9 board voted unanimously to readmit a Mount Blue High School student during its executive session on Tuesday night.

Although it was not disclosed what the student was initially expelled for, the board did say that the student had anger counseling, and as a result, it was confident that the behavior that caused the expulsion would not reoccur.

Principal Greg Potter had also recommended to the board that the student be readmitted.

The student, who will be allowed back in the classroom next fall, and his father were present at the hearing.
