AUBURN – Daniel W. Boutin, owner and president of Oak Hill Park and Homes in Sabattus, recently purchased the Center Street Plaza at 120 Center St., Auburn. The stores contained within the mall are: Movie Gallery, ScissorHands, Electrolux, VIP Eyes, Goldworks, Tin-Tin Buffet, Rent-A-Center, Gippers Sports Bar & Grill, Tuxedoes for Less, Cigarette Shopper, Dollar Zone, Aubuchon Hardware, Reed Paper & Party Outlet, Subway and Priamerica.

Boutin said he looks forward to working diligently to improve the aesthetics of the plaza and to bring an excellent rapport with his clientele occupying each rental space.

He has bought and sold properties for the past 25 years. He also serves on the Manufactured Housing Association Board in Augusta. Boutin lives with his wife and family in Maine.
