I do not understand where the law stands. Why are the terrorists allowed a defense?

If our Americans were under the same circumstances in their countries, do you think they would be allowed a defense? No, they would be judged by their peers and would not be defended. They would be judged guilty and put to death, without, probably, a court hearing.

I know the law is the law, but bend it a little.

All terrorists should be put away for life or death even if they only had a hand in it. They should be judged as terrorists and ultimately be prosecuted to the highest degree of the law.

We are supposed to be civilized and go according to the laws of the judicial system, but they come from countries that have less regard for human life. Why should we not do the same in these cases?

Why should we give the terrorists free room and board and all privileges when they shoot and kill innocent people for a fraction of a word against their own government? They are not civilized so why should we be their keepers?

They don’t hesitate to harm our Americans. The death penalty for all of them should be above and beyond the laws of our judicial system.
