PARIS – Gerald Kilgore is running unopposed for a fourth term on the Board of Selectmen in elections June 10.
No one else took out papers for the three-year seat, Town Clerk Betty Larson said.
There is a contest, however, for two, three-year seats on the SAD 17 Board of Directors. The four people vying for them are incumbents Michael Brown of Paris Hill Road and Curtis Cole of Shurtleff Avenue, and newcomers Kenneth Sawyer of Park Street and Kerri Wilcox of Reservoir Road.
Stephen Pelletier of Ryerson Hill Road is running unopposed to fill the unexpired term of school board member Lori Rich, who moved out of town.
Vying for two seats on the Paris Utility District Board of Trustees are incumbents John Bryant of Main Street and Lloyd Decato of Chipman Avenue, along with challenger Edward Chouinard of Parsons Road.
Polls are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. in the Paris Town Office Conference Room.
