LEEDS – Leeds ended a fine regular season in the 12-Under Division of the A-K Girls Softball League with 2 recent victories.

Leeds outslugged the Sabattus Cobras 18-10 as Loureen Metayer went 3-3. Alexis White also cracked 3 hits, including a double and triple. Kristen Capen and Katherine Rothie shared the pitching duties. Brittany Rac went 3-3 for the Cobras. Lindsay Glasier enjoyed a 2-2 game. . . Leeds (13-3) ended the regular season with a 20-11 win over the Greene Eagles. Kristy Buzzell went 5-5 and Metayer 4-4. Rothie was the winning hurler. Shaelie Dumont and Courntey Dumont were repeat hitters for the Eagles.

League playoffs are scheduled this weekend.
