BETHEL – Planners face a full docket of business at their 7 p.m. meeting Wednesday, June 25, in the town office.

Work continues on the application for the Sunset Hill Subdivision at Sunset, Intervale and Bailey roads with applicants Sunset Hill LLC and Chris Brink. Further work is slated on the Bethel Fire Station site plan application for applicants James Reuter and the town of Bethel.

New business includes a site plan amendment for David Lane’s Chosun Restaurant on Main Street, and a subdivision plan amendment for Robert Blake’s Pine Haven Subdivision on Pine Haven Lane and Intervale Road.

Additionally, planners will discuss a combination subdivision-site plan application for Scott Stone’s Mill Hill Residential Tri-Plex on the Mill Hill Road.

The board will then address sign applications for Jim Mann of Mt. Mann Jewelers at 57 Main St., Linda Clifford of Linda Clifford – Scottish and Irish Merchant at 91 Main St., and Scott Hynek of Scott Hynek, P.E., at 111 Main St.

Planners will also discuss reconsidered sign applications for Dorothy Duddy of Duddy Realty and Lori Swain of Swain’s Quest Travel. Both businesses are located at 14 Main St.

The board is also slated to conduct a preapplication conference for a site plan advisory for hangar construction at Bethel Regional Airport.

Prior to the Planning Board meeting at 6:30 p.m., the Sign Committee will address the sign applications with Mann, Clifford and Hynek.
