Charlie Plummer is a local historian who has an amazing passion for the country in which we live. Charlie has been with us since we began the Tribute to Old Glory during our annual Liberty Festival Celebration. The spectators agree that Charlie is a key part of the event. We never script what he will say because the words he creates for himself are heartfelt, passionate and sincere. We would not want to change the recipe he has found for expressing his patriotism.
