LEWISTON – Normand Albert, 80, of 282 Lisbon St. died Saturday, July 12, at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Born in Keegan, April 17, 1923, a son of Aubin & Christine Sirois Albert. He was educated in Van Buren schools and served with the U.S. Navy during World War II in the Pacific Theater of Operations.
He was a member of St. Patrick’s Parish and worked as a watchman at Knapp Shoe Co.
He is survived by five sisters Mrs. Albert Lorraine Michaud of Greene, Mabel Sylvestri of Sturbridge, Mass., Norma Michaud of Columbia, Conn., Mrs. Nelson Muriel Picard of Windsor Lock, Conn., and Mrs. Gene Carlene Cross of Spring, Tex.; a brother Roland Albert of Casselberry, Fla.; and several nieces and nephews.
