FARMINGTON – Entry sheets for the annual Moonlight Madness coloring contest are available at Braided Stream Gallery and Mainestone Jewelry on Front Street.

Moonlight Madness will be 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, July 25, in downtown Farmington. There will be cash prizes awarded in three age groups for the coloring contest. Entries will be displayed and judged at Braided Stream Gallery on Friday, July 25. The events are sponsored by the Farmington Downtown Business and Professional Association.

Golf tourney

FARMINGTON FALLS – Registrations are being accepted for a 2C Benefit Tournament to be held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday, July 27, at the Sandy River Golf Course.

Two children (beginners) per team and two adults will play a walking course Par 3 and Par 4. Beginner children will play from a designated spot approximately 100 yards back from the pin and play it as a Par 6 and Par 8 with instruction from their adults.

Tournament cost is $10 per person with proceeds to benefit Golf Opportunities for Children in the area. Children as young as 5 are accepted and welcome.

New AA meeting

Fun Town trip full

LIVERMORE FALLS – The trip to Fun Town on Tuesday is full. No more registrations will be accepted, Director Brenda Bryant said.

Buses will leave at 8:30 a.m. Children attending the trip should wear their summer recreation program shirts for identification purposes. There will be no recreation program for those not attending the trip, Bryant said.
