1972 – 2003

LEWISTON – Christopher Michael McNally, 30, of Auburn died Thursday, July 31, at Central Maine Medical Center with his family at his bedside.

He was born in Lewiston on Sept. 20, 1972, the son of Howard McNally Sr. and Sylvia Tripp McNally. He attended schools in Auburn and at the time of his death was working on attaining his GED.

Mr. McNally married Catherine A. “Pumpkin” Vachon on July 17, 1999 in the critical care unit at Central Maine Medical Center. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, camping, and an avid NASCAR Fan. He also loved playstation and game boy video games.

He is survived by his loving wife, Catherine of Auburn; his mother, Sylvia and stepfather, Carl Roberts Sr. of Danville; a mother-in-law, Sue Vachon of Auburn; two brothers, “brother” Howard and wife Laura ” mother” McNally of New Gloucester; “brother” David and wife Tammy McNally of New Gloucester; three sisters, “sissy” Bet and husband Larry Leavitt of Danville, “sissy” Terry and husband Moe Hebert of Canton, and “sissy” Tam and husband Randy Stowe of Auburn; several nieces and nephews, greatnieces and nephews; two cats, “Trouble” and “CC,” and a dog, “Keisha.”
