1986 – 2003

AUBURN – Sabrina Marie Glidden Paine, 17, of 156 Field Ave., died Wednesday, July 30, at her residence after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born to Florence Corbett and William Glidden Sr. at Fort Smith, Ark., Jan. 28, 1986, and attended Auburn schools where she was a dedicated student.

Sabrina was very artistic and loved music and singing, her family, friends, kids, animals and drama. She was a member of East Auburn Baptist Church and also a member of the Missionettes Group from the Medway Church. She loved doing hair and was planning to be a cosmetologist.

Sabrina attended Camp Mechuwana in Winthrop the past four years. Sabrina was a very spunky, fun loving, outgoing teenager who loved life.

Sabrina is survived by her mother and father; her parents, Lynnore and Michael Paine of Auburn; two sisters, Raqueal “Rocky” Glidden of Portland and Michala Paine of Auburn; five brothers, Doug Glidden of Norridgewock, William Glidden of Chesterville, Eugene Burnell of Jay, Charles Glidden and Anthony Paine of Auburn; maternal grandmother, Annette Frazier; paternal grandmother, Rose Glidden; and many friends who loved her dearly.
