Art class
AUBURN – The Auburn Adult and Community Education Program will offer Watercolor Art with instructor artist, Barbara Hathaway, starting Tuesday, Aug. 26, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at Edward Little High School. Classes run for eight weeks. Students will explore watercolor while they develop a personal painting style. Beginners to intermediates are invited. Stiff watercolor paper, watercolor paints, and large, medium and small brushes are needed. Each student will finish at least one painting for framing.
Hathaway has a certificate of advertising design from the University of Maine at Augusta and instructs in watercolor, oil painting, pastels and illustrating children’s books, at adult education programs. To register call Auburn Adult Education at 784-9220.
