RUMFORD – Florence May Provencer, 52, of Rumford, died Aug. 23.

Born in Rumford, April 13, 1951, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Emma Flagg.

Survivors include three children, Genie A. Provencer, Keith A. Provencer and Emmie J. Provencer, all of Rumford; seven siblings; and five grandchildren.
