1937 – 2003

LEWISTON – Richard L. Morissette, 65, a resident of Sunrise Lane, Auburn died at St. Mary’s Hospital Wednesday, Aug. 27.

He was born in Lewiston on Dec. 1, 1937, the son of Henri and Annette (Croteau) Morissette. He was educated in the Lewiston school system and went to work for many years at Bates Manufacturing as a forklift operator. He was a member of Sacred Heart Parish. In his free time, he enjoyed watching baseball and hockey.

He is survived by his sister, Carmen Dionne of Auburn; and his two nephews, Daniel Dionne and his wife Susan of Auburn and Paul Dionne and his wife Susan of Alaska.

He was predeceased by his parents, Henri and Annette Morissette.
