SOUTH PARIS – Maine Machine Products Co. announced the following organizational changes and promotions effective July 14, according to President Jeffrey Sutton.
These changes reflect further positioning and strengthening of the company to enable improved agility and performance in its growing and increasingly competitive global markets.
David Sutton, 19 years with the company as materials manager, has been named chief operating officer with operational responsibility for quality, manufacturing, engineering and customer service.
Bob Andrews, 40 years in sales and marketing with Varian Associates plus five years running his own national sales and marketing organization, has been named national sales manager.
They join Mike Faunce, chief financial officer of Maine Machine for six years after serving in this capacity for several other large firms spanning 20 years.
Joe McCarraher, 25 years as quality control manager with Maine Machine, has been named director of quality with responsibility for plant wide quality performance and improvements including facilitation of ISO and Lean Six/Sigma activities.
Henry Neault, six years as engineering manager with Maine Machine, has been named director of manufacturing and engineering.
Additional key moves include the promotions of John Small to ‘inside’ engineering sales manager, and Paul Colby, Scott Brown and Kelly Wright to shop supervisors.
