1921 – 2003

LEWISTON – Jeanne d’Arc Bosse, 82, of 102 Campus Ave., Lewiston, died Tuesday evening, Sept. 2, at d’Youville Pavilion, following a short illness.

Born in Auburn, April 27, 1921, the daughter of George and Angeline (Brodeur) Bosse, she had been a resident of this community all of her life.

She was educated in Auburn schools and was employed in the local shoe industry for many years, until her retirement.

She was a member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary, Council 106 of Lewiston, Cercle St. Sacrement and a member of SS. Peter and Paul Church.

Miss Bosse enjoyed playing the piano.

She is survived by the following nieces and nephews, John, Paul and Suzanne Tempesta, Dolores Tripany, Diane Brown and her husband, Michael, Paul Sevigny and Donald Sevigny and his wife, Carroll and Doris Sevigny; and several grandnieces and grandnephews.

She was predeceased by her twin sister, Marie R. Tempesta; a sister, Anna Goyette; and by one brother, Gerard Bosse.
