NORWAY – Town Manager David Holt said selectmen will hold a special meeting Thursday to sign warrants.

He explained that Deputy Town Clerk/Treasurer Carol Millett is on vacation and that some people expecting checks did not get them. “Ideally, we would have given more notice of the meeting, but some people didn’t want to wait another week to get paid,” Holt said.

He assured that the meeting, set to begin at 4:30, would be brief.
