Central Maine Shockers quarterback Steve Coleman was awarded the New England Football League’s Offensive Player of the Week honor.

Coleman completed 17 of 30 passing attempts for 310 yards and two touchdowns and also rushed for a touchdown in the Shockers’ 28-6 win over the Maine Tomcats Saturday at Lewiston Athletic Park.

The win improved the Shockers to 4-1 and set up a showdown for first place with the Hampton Hurricanes at 1 p.m. this Saturday at LAP.
