NORWAY – Planning is under way for the third annual International Literacy Day Celebration from 10 a.m. to noon Saturday, Sept. 27, at the Guy E. Rowe School cafetorium and gymnasium.

The event is co-sponsored by Oxford Hillls Family Learning, a program of Oxford Hills Adult Education and the Norway Memorial Library.

The theme is “Ways We Tell Our Stories” and will include drumming, dance, storytelling, crafts, international foods to taste and costumes to try on.
