CANAAN – Somerset County Democrats are collecting recipes from all interested friends to be compiled into an attractive keepsake cookbook. The cookbook committee needs about 300 recipes, including appetizers, beverages, soups, salads, vegetables, main dishes, breads and desserts. The recipes in the cookbook will include the names of the contributors.

Since the target date for publication will be before Christmas, the recipe contributions are needed as soon as possible.
