FARMINGTON – The Sandy River Valley Chapter, MGS, will meet at 10 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Public Library. Program: “Exodus of the Bubier Family from Lewiston and Rangeley” will be presented by Shirley Adams. Anyone with an interest in genealogy is welcome to attend.
Dads and Kids
FARMINGTON – Dads and kids can make masks together from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 11, at Old South Congregational Church. It is free and open to dads and kids of all ages. Franklin County Children’s Task Force believes that Dads play an important role in the lives of their kids, and that fathers and children could use a place to spend time together. To create such a space they created the Dads and Kids program. Once a month on Saturdays Dads and Kids meet from refreshments, conversation, and activities.
