LEWISTON – Opening matches were waged this week in both divisions of the Lewiston Rec Adult Volleyball League.
Following were Monday night’s results in the Women’s League: Capsawn Design 2-1 over Scoreboard Pub; DC Electric 3-0 over Curves; Hunts Hill 2-1 over Right Stuff. Next Monday’s schedule at Lewiston Armory: 7:40, Scoreboard Pub vs Curves; Capsawn vs Hunts Hill; 8:40, DC Electric vs Right Stuff.
The Men’s League began Tuesday night with the following results: Blockbusters 3-0 over DLH Services; Fern Gully 2-1 over A.M. Builders; Decorators Network 3-0 over Nino Corp. Gilman Electrical had a bye. Next Tuesday’s schedule: 7:40, DLH vs Fern Gully; Blockbusters vs A.M. Builders; 8:40, Decorator’s Network vs Gilman Electric.
