• Vehicles driven by Francis E. Cayer, 64, of Kents Hill, and Robert L. James, age not listed, of Lewiston, collided at 10:04 a.m. Monday at Lisbon and Olive streets. Damage to the 1992 Buick, driven by Cayer and owned by Evelina Pouzol of Lewiston was estimated at $3,000; to James’ 2003 Ford, $500.

Auburn

• A vehicle driven by Carl I. Peterson, 83, of Casco, struck the back of a vehicle driven by Brigette A. Buck, 22, of Lewiston, at 10:40 a.m. Monday while Buck was stopped on Turner Road preparing to turn onto Lake Shore Drive, according to a police report. Peterson was examined for pain at the scene. Damage to his 1989 Ford was estimated at $4,000; to Buck’s 2002 Chevrolet, $6,000.

• Vehicles driven by Edward R. Chapman, 71, of Auburn, and Bonnie L. Pepin, 43, of Greene, collided at 4:32 p.m. Monday at Hotel and Lewiston Junction roads. Damage to Chapman’s 2000 Ford was estimated at $750; to Pepin’s 2002 Toyota, $2,500.

• James D. Howell, 18, of Lisbon Falls, lost control of the vehicle he was driving and went off the road while trying to pass another vehicle at 3:40 p.m. Thursday on Riverside Drive. Damage to the 1996 Chevrolet, owned by Barbara Howell, of Lisbon Falls, was estimated at $4,500.

• Linda Barajas, 37, of Lewiston, lost control of her vehicle and struck a rock while trying to avoid an animal in the road at 1:40 p.m. Friday on Lake Shore Drive. Damage to Barajas’ 1997 GMC was estimated at $3,000.
