AUBURN – Central Maine Community College will offer a Land Desktop R3 workshop from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Thursday through Saturday, Oct. 16 to 18, at the college.

The workshop, facilitated in a hands-on environment, will provide the essentials for participants to effectively use Land Desktop R3. The cost is $595. This includes materials, 2.4 Continuing Education Units and a certificate of completion.

The instructor will be Gary Rosen, president of Electric Pelican Ink CADD Consulting Services and author of “Inside Softdesk Civil.” Rosen has been using Autodesk/Softdesk products for the last 15 years and is an Autodesk authorized consultant and a speaker at Autodesk University. He has been working in the civil engineering industry for more than 23 years.
