1931 – 2003

FARMINGTON – Rita A. Crocker, 72, of Livermore, died Tuesday evening, Oct. 14, 2003, at Franklin Memorial Hospital.

Born in Livermore Falls, Jan. 5, 1931, a daughter of Henry and Jeanne (Loyer) Marceau, she received her education at St. Rose School.

On June 30, 1951, she married Merton O. Crocker at St. Rose of Lima Church, Jay. She was a homemaker and devoted her life to her greatest love – her family.

Survivors include three daughters, Jeanne Crocker of Livermore, Rena Lewis and her husband, Norman of Chesterville and Donna Churchill and her husband, Dana of Livermore Falls; two brothers, Ralph Marceau and his wife, Pauline and Paul Marceau, all of Livermore Falls; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her husband, Merton, who died in 1990 and a sister, Irene Perry, who died in 1979.
