1925 – 2003

LEWISTON – Joseph A. Bolduc, 78, of Wales, died Oct. 16, at Central Maine Medical Center, as a result of injuries sustained on Sept. 13 when his van exploded in flames.

Mr. Bolduc was born in Lewiston, Sept. 4, 1925. He was a veteran of World War II, serving as a paratrooper in the U.S. Army.

He later became a long-haul trucker and later was self-employed as a house painter, before retiring in 1982 due to ill health.

Mr. Bolduc leaves many long-time friends including, Leo Michaud of Wales, Tasha and Jennifer Michaud of Wales, Nancy Wells of New Gloucester and Laurie Charest and John Griffin of Auburn. Arrangements for services are pending.
