Have you not read that He who created them from the beginning made them male and female, and said, for this reason a man shall leave his father and mother and be joined to his wife, and the two shall become one flesh? So they are no longer two, but one flesh. What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.
How is it that since Sept. 11, we sing “God Bless America” and yet we are willing to consider same-sex marriages to become legalized? Homosexuality is wrong. It is not only against marriage, family, society and nature, but also against nature’s God Himself. How can we ask for His blessing, and yet not honor Him?
“It is impossible rightly to govern the world without God and the Bible.” This is a quote from our first, great President George Washington. Whatever happened to our government by the people and for the people, standing up and fighting for what is good and right?
This is how our nation was founded. This is how our nation will be able to continue on. If a kingdom is divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand. If a house is divided against itself, that house will not be able to stand. Please, let us take a stand together to protect marriage and family; let us unite and stand for what is good and right – that we may continue to sing on, “God Bless America.”
