I’ve just seen it in the paper again. It’s so unbelievable that people can call us losers just because we support the casino being built, and they don’t.

I saw it on the news one night also, a lot of name calling. I’ve also seen a lot of “yes” signs torn down, but none of the “no” signs.

Why are people acting this way? No gambling in Maine? Yeah right. Remember that the next time you purchase a scratch ticket or lottery ticket. How about the bingo halls? And, what about the horses?

It seems to me that a lot of the “no” supporters are acting like 7-year-olds with the name calling and the destruction of signs.

Can’t they make their point without hurting people they don’t even know?

Everyone has their own opinion, let’s act like the grown-ups we are suppose to be. I don’t bet on horses, but I don’t deny anyone else the right to, or put them down because they do!
