LIVERMORE FALLS – Police are investigating the disappearance of a television set from a downtown business. They’re also looking into a missing rabbit and damage to an all-terrain vehicle sign.
Chief Ernest Steward Jr. said the owner of Cut Above, Plus reported a 27-inch Magnavox television missing from her shop.
The owner had gone next door to open Western Auto and was away for about 10 minutes, Steward said. She returned and discovered the television gone.
Police also responded to a report of a rabbit cage door being open and a rabbit missing from 17 Wheeler St.
A “No ATVs” sign was damaged at the recreation field, he said.
