LEWISTON – Cecilia Clark and Kim Alexander each scored a goal in the second half to lead the Bates women’s soccer team to a 2-0 win over St. Joseph’s in a non-league game Tuesday afternoon.
Catherine Crosby set up the first goal, finding Clark at the top of the penalty area.
Alexander scored the insurance goal with just under seven minutes to play on a give-and-go with Jessie Gargiulo for the Bobcats (10-1-2).
Bates goalkeeper Lynne Antinarelli earned her seventh shutout of the season. Antinarelli did not face a shot from the Monks.
