FARMINGTON – Police have charged four men for allegedly selling shots of liquor and beer by the cup to underage people at a party.

The gathering was at 290 Farmington Falls Road, Detective Marc Bowering said.

The men were allegedly selling the alcohol to both of age and underage people, he said.

Farmington officer Bridgette Dellarma charged Erik Mitchell, 24, Justin Groshon, 22, Noah Peet, 22 and Pat Dugas, 22, with furnishing a place to consume alcohol and providing alcohol to minors, Bowering said.

Dellarma was investigating an unrelated complaint of a possible sexual assault, Bowering said, and learned about the party.

The men are scheduled to be arraigned on the charges Dec. 11, in Farmington District Court.
