1921 – 2003

FARMINGTON – Olive F. “Toolee” Smith, 82, of Wilton died early Saturday morning, Nov. 1, 2003, at Franklin Memorial Hospital, Farmington.

She was born March 9, 1921, in Winthrop, the daughter of Philias J. and Marie M. (LaVallee) Fleury. In 1938 she married Elwyne “Eagle-Eye” Smith.

Survivors include her daughter, Dorothy M. Evens and her husband, Bruce, and her son, Robert Smith and his wife, Elizabeth, all of Jay; five grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; a brother-in-law, Ralph Smith of Wilton; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Smith of Canton and Florence Smith of Chesterville; and many nephews, nieces and good friends.

She was predeceasd by her husband; and four sisters, Yvonne Fraser, Dora Bernier, Irene Bruneau and Esther McKim.
