1965 – 2003

PHOENIX, Ariz. – Titus (Tai) P. Antonio, 38, passed away unexpectedly on Oct. 20, at 9:45 p.m.

Born in Farmington, N.M., on Aug. 17, 1965. He resided in the San Diego, Calif., area following his discharge from the U.S. Navy. He also resided in Maine from September of 1999 to September 2003. He was employed at Central Maine Medical Center.

He is survived by his partner of six years, Marc Ouellette; brothers, sisters and family throughout New Mexico, and Arizona.

He will be missed by many friends from Maine and San Diego.
