NORWAY – Levi Libby is on the Planning Board agenda for Thursday’s meeting to discuss changing the use of his land at 249 Shedd Road to allow for an automobile repair business.

The Growth Council’s Brett Doney is also on the agenda, seeking an amendment to the approved plan for the technology park to allow private wells instead of using town water.

The technology park has plans for 10 lots and is set to be built off Roberts Road.

Libby appeared at the selectmen’s meeting on Nov. 6 because he was slow in taking action in cleaning his yard after receiving letters from Code Enforcement Officer Jeffrey VanDecker.

Libby told the board he would be in compliance by Dec. 1.

VanDecker said that Libby, depending on the location of his new building site, may have to comply with wetland ordinances and a full site plan review.

The Planning Board meeting will be held at the town office building on Thursday, beginning at 7 p.m.
