• Nicole A. Hebert, 28, of 8 Webb River Dr., on a Cumberland County warrant for failure to pay a fine stemming from an operating after suspension conviction, 9:30 a.m. Monday. Released on $280 cash bail.

• Disa Haines, 24, of 10 North St. Apt. 6, on an Androscoggin County warrant for failure to appear on a charge of operating after suspension, 1 p.m. Nov. 8. Released on bail.

• Bruce Coolidge, 40, of 625 Knowlton Corner Road, Farmington, on a charge of violating a protection from abuse order at 2:30 a.m. for allegedly threatening his ex-wife of East Dixfield. At 3:36 p.m., Farmington police arrested Coolidge, who was out on bail from Androscoggin County, and transported him to the Franklin County jail to await pickup by Dixfield police.

Incidents

• At 8:10 p.m. Nov. 7, police responded to a report of 16 youths, armed with baseball bats, tire irons and possibly a handgun, fighting in front of Ellis’ Variety on Weld Street. Upon arrival, one group had fled to Rumford, where they were later located by Rumford police. Police interviewed a group of Dixfield youths, but no arrests were made.

• At 9 p.m. Nov. 7, a black Asics duffle bag with blue straps was found at Ellis’ Variety and taken to the police station.

• At 4 p.m. Nov. 1, David Rice of 55 Pine St., reported that someone had slashed a tire on his vehicle. Damage was estimated at $100.

• At 2:35 Nov. 1, Gus Carlson of 4 Nova St., reported that someone stole his daughter’s bicycle between 8 a.m. Oct. 17 and 2 p.m. Nov. 1, but no description of the bike was given police. Police do, however, have a growing collection of bicycles, mountain bikes, and scooters found throughout town over the past several months and are seeking owners. If the items are not claimed, they will be auctioned off.

• At 7:50 a.m. Nov. 1, Wendy Hebert, 133 Weld St., reported that she thought someone had been inside her garage for the past three days. Nothing was apparently stolen except a spare house key and on Halloween night, her front door was found wide open. Police said all the locks in the house have since been changed.
