LOCKE MILLS – Oxford County Retired Educators Association, formerly known as Oxford County Retired Teachers Association, will meet at 10:30 a.m. Friday, Nov. 21, at the Locke Mills Legion Hall. There will be an important business meeting and a silent auction, followed by a harvest boiled dinner.

Members voted for the change in name to be inclusive to retired school workers such as custodians, bus drivers, lunch room workers, education technicians and others.

The membership and meeting is open to any person who has retired from working in any school system in the county. They must call 743-7677 or 743-6503 to reserve a place for dinner.
