The Lewiston city administrator, in conjunction with Platz Associates, is in a bum’s rush to transact the agreement of purchase between the two parties regarding the Bates Mill operation.
It took 12 years to get in the fix the taxpayers of Lewiston are in; so why the rush?
Perhaps, it’s that they do not want the residents of Lewiston to unravel the cloak of deception that masks the transactions of the parties (past and present) who were to be representing the Lewiston taxpayers.
