INTERVALE, N.H. (AP) – The driver of a vehicle involved in a fatal crash in Intervale last summer has been indicted on a negligent homicide charge.
The Carroll County Superior Court grand jury handed up the indictment against Gail Ridlon, 47, of Bridgton, Maine, earlier this month. It charges her with drunken driving and speeding.
A passenger, Anita Pierce, 50, of Naples, Maine, was thrown from the vehicle and killed when Ridlon lost control and it rolled over several times.
