1941-2003
LEWISTON – Shirley A. Bussiere, 62, of Woodside Drive in Lisbon, died unexpectedly Tuesday morning, Dec. 9th at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center with her family at her side.
She was born in Lewiston, Nov. 2, 1941 a daughter of Albert and Marion (Marcus) Rivet. She was educated in Lewiston schools and remained a lifelong resident of the Lewiston and Lisbon communities. She was employed for 27 years at Tambrands until her retirement in 2001. She was a member of the Lisbon Senior Citizens and in her free time enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She also loved spending time with her very special companion, her dog “Mandy.”
She leaves a daughter, Debi Jewett and husband, Bucky, of Poland; a son Jeff Bussiere and wife, Lisa, of Lewiston; her mother, Marion Rivet of Lisbon Falls; two grandchildren, Tristan Bussiere and Brenda Leigh Cheeseman and husband, Shane; and a brother, Edward Rivet Sr. and wife, Brenda, of Lewiston.
She was predeceased by her father, Albert Rivet.
