LEWISTON – Rachel M. Dixon has been promoted to an officer in the Electronic Banking Unit at Banknorth Group Inc. in Lewiston. A production supervisor, she will continue to supervise ATM/VISA debit card production staff and assist management with card conversions and new card products.

A Lewiston resident, Dixon joined Banknorth in 1999. She serves as co-chairwoman on the board of directors of the Great Falls Balloon Festival. Dixon is a 1986 graduate of Lewiston High School.
