LEWISTON – The YWCA of Central Maine announces new programs for infants through pre-schoolers. All classes will begin the week of Jan. 5. All participants must be a YWCA member or join for $25 a year.

Wee Move Gym Class: Where parents and child ages 16 to 36 months can participate in a gym program working on gross motor skills. The class will run from 9 to 9:30 a.m. every Monday for six weeks. Cost is $42 a participant.

WeExplore Gym Class: A pre-school gym class where children ages 3 to 5 will make their own equipment first, then take part in an activity. The class will run from 9:45 to 10:25 a.m. every Tuesday for seven weeks. Cost is $49 a participant.

Tumble Bugs: A beginner tumbling class for ages 3 to 5. The class will run from 9 to 9:30 a.m. every Thursday for seven weeks. Cost is $49 a participant.

Wiggley Giggley Dance Class: A dance and movement class for children ages 3 to 5. The class will run from 9 to 9:30 a.m. every Friday for seven weeks. Cost is $49 a participant.

Mud Pie Class: A nutrition cooking class for pre-school children ages 3 to 5. The children will make a healthy snack to go along with a story or art project. The class will run from 9:40 to 10:10 a.m. every Friday for seven weeks. Cost is $49 a participant.
