1915 – 2003

SOUTH PARIS – Alfred Y. Winslow, 88, of Poland died Monday, Dec. 29, at Market Square Health Care Center.

He was born in New Gloucester on April 13, 1915, the son of Freeman and Lillian Estes Winslow. He attended school in New Gloucester and had been a boiler operator at Central Maine General Hospital. He married Susie May Reynolds, who predeceased him.

He is survived by two daughters, Wanita Yeaton and her husband David of Mechanic Falls and Sandra Cobb of Lewiston; two sons, Robert and his wife Linda of Poland and Michael and his wife Sharon of Poland; 12 grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.

He was predeceased by two sons, Charles and Alfred Jr.; and a grandson, Stephen.
