JAY – Police are looking for a person who loaded a grocery cart with items at Hannaford and walked out the door without paying. Police are in the process of identifying the person by using a store security video. The incident occurred New Year’s Day, police Chief Larry White Sr. said.
The person was observed waiting for an opportunity when everybody was busy and left the store with the cart, White said.
