ORONO- Heather Ernest scored 14 points as the University of Maine defeated Binghamton 58-55 Wednesday night. Julie Veilleux added 13 for the Black Bears. Binghamton was led by Kristin Hibler with 16 points.

VESTAL, N.Y. – Joe White had 10 points and nine rebounds and Billy Williams added 10 points to lead Binghamton over Maine 60-46 Wednesday night.

Sebastian Hermenier had nine points for Binghamton (5-8, 2-1 America East), which took a 31-25 halftime lead. Williams also added four steals.

Eric Dobson and Chris Markwood led Maine (8-4, 1-1) with 11 points.
