LEWISTON – Dale Bessey was awarded the Employee of the Year Award for Ste. Croix Regional Federal Credit Union at the holiday and awards banquet held at Martindale Country Club in December.

Bessey, who works in the Finance and Information Systems Department of the credit union, started as a computer operator in April 2002, and recently was promoted to IT manager.

He oversees all computer operations and issues, and the online banking system, as well as assisting with other department processes.

His expertise with computers and his implementation of enhanced technology were reasons he was nominated for this annual award.
