CONCORD, N.H. (AP) – Daniel Boone has been sentenced to prison, home confinement and probation for violating federal gun laws.
Boone, 32, of Dade City, Fla., formerly of Laconia, was sentenced in U.S. District Court on Wednesday to five months in prison, five months home confinement and three years’ probation.
Boone pleaded guilty in October to buying four firearms in Bristol and reselling them to Brian Bataitis of Providence, R.I., violating the law against out-of-state gun sales without having a dealer’s or manufacturer’s license.
