FARMINGTON – A story on B1 of Monday, Jan. 19 Franklin edition should have said a person seeking election to a county sheriff’s position as a nonparty candidate needs a minimum of 300 and a maximum of 400 signatures on nomination papers. A party candidate needs a minimum of 150 signatures and maximum of 200. The information was incorrectly submitted to Sun Journal.
